"Emphasis was laid on adopting good food habits and to avoid eating outside food, junk food. Stress was given to practice eating dal, vegetables, rice, chapatti, curd, sprouts, fruits, and to drink fresh fruits instead of cold drinks."
"Parents were given the opportunity to discuss their own personal health issues with the doctor. Some needed parents were given free vitamin B-12 shots."
